Good coaching changes everything. The difference between losing the same way every week and actually understanding why you lost. Between hitting the ball and placing it. Between playing padel and getting good at padel.
At Green Padel Club, coaching happens on six indoor courts with consistent conditions every session. No wind messing with your lobs. No sun in your eyes during a smash. Just you, your coach, and the game.
Private Coaching
Private coaching is one-on-one time with a coach who watches how you move, how you hit, and where your game breaks down. Most players don't know what they're doing wrong until someone shows them. That's the whole point.
A typical private session starts with a warm-up rally, then moves into targeted drills based on what you need. Maybe your bandeja needs work. Maybe you're losing points at the net because your positioning is off. Maybe your glass play is hesitant and you're not reading the bounce properly. Your coach builds the session around your game, not a generic curriculum.
Group Sessions
Group sessions work differently. You'll train alongside other players at a similar level, rotating through drills and playing points together. It's less personalized but the match situations are more realistic. You learn to read different opponents, adapt to different styles. And it costs less per person, which matters if you're playing regularly.
Beginner Clinics
Beginner clinics are for people who've never held a padel racket before. No judgment, no pressure. You'll learn the basic grip, the serve, how to rally, and how the glass works. By the end of your first session, you'll be playing actual points. Most people are surprised how quickly padel clicks compared to tennis.
If you're completely new to the sport, read our beginner's guide first. It covers the rules and basics so you can walk in with some context.
Player Progression
The progression is natural. Beginners learn to rally and play points. Intermediate players work on specific shots and court positioning. Advanced players focus on match strategy, shot selection under pressure, and the small details that separate good players from players who win. Some of our players train here specifically for tournament preparation.
What matters is that coaching here isn't a one-size-fits-all program. Your coach adjusts based on where you are and where you want to go. That's the difference between coaching and just hitting balls with someone who's better than you.
Recovery After Training
After a coaching session, the recovery zone is right there. Finnish sauna, cold plunge, infrared therapy. If you're training seriously, recovery is part of the process. Sit in the sauna for fifteen minutes after an intense session and your body will thank you the next morning.
Book a Session
We're open 7AM to 11:30PM every day. Early morning coaching slots are popular with people who want to train before work. Evening sessions fill up fast, so book ahead. Everything goes through Playtomic — pick your coach, pick your time, and you're confirmed.
If you're in Limassol and you want to get better at padel, this is where it happens. Not because we say so. Because the players who train here keep coming back.
